The chef, Raj Prem Kumar who comes from Sri Lanka has been awarded numerous prizes for his cooking. At Al Maha he serves a variety of dishes, both Mediterranean and Arab. The desert dinners for two are especially romantic.

The best time to travel is from the middle of October to the
middle of April when average daily temperatures
range from 20° - 25° centigrade.
Between May and September the barometer
rises to 30° - 45° centigrade.
